For the past 17 years, Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have called Surrey home. The TV couple, who have been together for nearly 27 years, moved to Weybridge in 2001. It’s the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of London, where they work. “I really love it here,” Ruth has said. “You don’t feel like you are in a goldfish bowl. People see me in my gym kit, so it’s nothing special to them.” They also extol its suburban location. “We realised we had found a real haven and just had to move here,” Eamonn added. “I am so pleased we moved here and cannot imagine moving somewhere else.”

The garden is blooming beautiful

Their £3.25million home, which they share with their rescue dog Maggie since son Jack, 21, f lew the nest for university, boasts six bedrooms, an open-plan living space, sizeable kitchen, recording studio, home cinema and perfectly preened gardens – which they proudly tend to together. Ruth, 63, takes charge of the f lowerbeds, while Eamonn used to trim the lawn and hedges before his debilitating health woes took a toll. The Loose Women and QVC presenter also works out in the garden and garage, sometimes with personal trainer Frank Sinclair.
