Until they decided on Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield’s replacements, This Morning cycled through a variety of hosts, much to the chagrin of viewers. One constant that fans could rely on, however, was the bubbly Josie Gibson, who joined the breakfast show back in 2019 – something the star describes as a huge TV breakthrough.

Josie, 39, originally rose to fame on Big Brother and is now a regular on our TV screens, presenting on This Morning and appearing on I’m A Celebrity…

Get Me Out Of Here! last year. And when she’s not working, Josie is spending time with her fiveyear-old son Reggie – who she shares with ex-boyfriend Terry. Here, she chats to Bella about juggling everything and how she’s always been a grafter…

We have to talk about I’m A Celeb! How do you look back on that experience?

I never realised how hard it would be. Ultimately, I look back on it as an experience I’ll never forget. My main problem was that I was missing Reggie so much – I just couldn’t wait to get out and see him.

Over one million kids are currently in danger of poor development and growth because they lack key nutrients such as vitamin D, calcium and iodine, which are all found in fortified kids’ yoghurts. My Reggie loves his yoghurts and I wanted to try and help raise awareness, so we both got involved and we did a photo shoot together. It was so lovely to take my son to work with me for once.

You’ve opened up about how you struggled to find work after winning Big Brother. Life is very different now!
