WILL.I.AM is hoping to make music with the real Fergie, aka Sarah, the Duchess of York! The I Gotta Feeling singer (who usually sings with Black Eyed Peas vocalist Fergie), has revealed that he’d love to work with his friend, Sarah, on a song, where she can ‘spit poetry over my beats’. The 48-yearold The Voice judge revealed in a recent interview, ‘It’s been nine years since I asked her but I think she’s writing some bars...’Now that’s a song we’d download for sure!
4 Sophie’s Comeback
More than 20 years after the song was first released – and following a recent surge in popularity – thanks almost entirely to Barry Keoghan’s naked dance scene in Saltburn – Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Murder on the Dancefloor track is getting a major moment at the BAFTAs. The British Academy has announced that the mum-of-five will perform her smash hit at the film awards ceremony on 18 February, marking the latest stage in a triumphant comeback for the track, first released in December 2001.
