Gillian Anderson was glamour personified in a Maison Valentino gown
It was a night of effortless glamour at the BAFTAs, with leading ladies showing off toned arms. Gillian Anderson, 55, wore a cowl-neck satin and velvet design by Maison Valentino, Cate Blanchett, 54, wowed in aburgundy Louis Vuitton style, and Hannah Waddingham, 49, opted for navy floral lace in Oscar de la Renta.
3 HAVING A CHINWAG WITH EMMA...
best was front and centre at the BAFTAs, and even managed a chat with actress Emma Stone, who told us she’s still coming to terms with British lingo! When asked if she’d had a ‘chinwag ’ with fellow BAFTA winner Cillian Murphy, among other nominees, the 35-year-old Poor Things actress replied, ‘what’s a chinwag? Oh, is it a chat? See – I’m getting better at this! And yes, I do get to see them quite a bit at these things.’
4 Let’s go, girls!
It might be cold outside – but mentally, we’re scorching in the heat of Summer, as BST Hyde Park will be back, with Kylie Minogue announced as the latest headliner!
Alongside the legendary Shania Twain and with special guests The Corrs, will be Stray Kids, Robbie Williams and Andrea Bocelli, so it’s sure to be a Summer to remember.

5 RAISE A GLASS

Cranberry sour: Put 150ml cranberry juice, 100ml lime juice and 50ml Peach Schnapps along with 1 egg white into a shaker. Fix lid and shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker then shake again for 20 seconds. Strain into glasses and grate lime zest over the top.
6 Fashion throwback
We all have a signature shade when it comes to style and it seems actor Jessica Chastain’s is neon! From bright and bold to mellow yellow as seen on the Red Carpet in 2014, her Oscar de la Renta prom-style dress with a splash of clashing blue perfectly highlights her red hair. Last month, however, the star, 46, opted for a different tone – neon green, and she was glowing in a dazzling Gucci ensemble. Quite sublime in lime!
