HOW IT WORKS

Anew Californian health study discovered that by following a fast mimicking diet (FMD) you can lose weight –and years off your looks.

By fasting for five days each week, once a month, eating just small amounts of dense protein as well as plant-based soups and smoothies, you can switch up your metabolism so you not only slim down, but also re-energise body cells and tissue, to help you to look younger, too!

Our diet is based on eating the FMD way for five days and abalanced diet of around 1,200 calories for the other two to help you lose up to 6lbs. You can eat the FMD way switching out your normal diet for five days every month. Follow it for longer (at five days each month) and you can go on losing, up to a stone in 12 weeks.
