The Holmans left their hometown 10 years ago to enjoy a better way of life running a campsite in Yorkshire

Ideal for enjoying the wonders of nature, Meadow Falls is a relaxing retreat in a popular area of North Yorkshire renowned for its waterfalls and caves. The campsite has hardstanding pitches with electric hook-up and fully serviced pitches. Along with the usual campsite facilities there is a children’s play area and a magical Fairy Dell in the woods that’s not just for children! Meadow Falls is also dog friendly, with a 200-metre dog walk and a warm shower for cleaning off after a day’s exploring.

For things to do you can enjoy an adventurous climb up the great Yorkshire Three Peaks, explore the Ingleton waterfall trail, take a dip in the village outdoor pool, explore White Scar Caves, or take a relaxing stroll through the woods looking for local wildlife.

There are plenty of local shops, pubs and restaurants in the village, as well.

The children have become confident, sociable and willing to help. We have all experienced amazing wonders of nature, and become fitter for it.

What are the biggest challenges you face?
