Paint perfect!
When you are decorating, wrap your roller in clingfilm and pop it in the fridge to stop the paint from drying out. Then you can pick up where you left off.
Feeling salty
If you add too much salt to a soup or stew, add a potato into it. It will absorb the extra salt for you and it’s easy to fish back out again. Then, you can enjoy your meal!
Deep clean
To get the dust out of the vents in your car, you can reach further in by wrapping a screwdriver in a microfibre cloth. It’ll clean those harder to reach places so easily.
Super spray
To fix a spraying showerhead, soak it in white vinegar overnight to unclog the spray holes. Your shower will spray evenly afterwards!
Winter warmer
To give your plants a better chance at surviving, cover them with a fleece blanket and put them in a sheltered place until spring.
Piece of cake
When using piping bags for icing cakes, tuck them into a glass to make filling them easier. That way, you’ll waste less icing on the kitchen countertops and reduce any cleaning up for later!
Easy saver
Most banking apps have a feature where your purchases are rounded up to the nearest pound but the extra cash is stored in a savings pot. This is the easiest way you can save money.
Clear as day
Fingerprint smudges and marks are so difficult to get off of laptop screens. I use the lens cleaner spray for my glasses to clean my screens with a small cloth. It always does the trick to clean off the marks.
