Sapphire Saint was a shy girly girl as she grew up in small-town Idaho.

But then she moved to LA, turning up in Hollywood with just $200 and a suitcase.

In her first week, a girl made her an offer Sapphire couldn’t refuse.

And all she had to do?

‘I get spanked for $2,000. It’s only for three hours,’ Sapphire says.

‘I remember it was a Saturday morning, I was super nervous to go.

‘But I left and I had $3,000 in my hand and I couldn’t believe I’d made that kind of money in that amount of time.

‘Hollywood definitely has a dark side to it, for sure.’

But Sapphire embraced her new life and has since had $100,000-worth of plastic surgery.

‘My mum encouraged me to get my first boob job,’ she says.

‘She wanted to have a bonding experience between us, so she said let’s get our boobs done together.

‘I had always idolised her.

‘A year later I got my boobs done again and doubled the size.

She was a shy girl growing up

‘Plastic surgery and hypnosis are making me the perfect Barbie doll.

‘I’ve had one, two, three, four, five, six boob jobs, and I’ve had one nose job.’

She’s also had countless procedures for filler, Botox and threads.

‘When I do hypnosis there’ll be a script that I record myself,’ she says.

‘And then I listen to it for 30 days straight and that’s supposed to then be permanent in your head.

‘I believe hypnosis does make me become a better bimbo.’

But Sapphire doesn’t always pay for her surgery herself.

‘My last marriage, he was like 72. He was like a wannabe Hugh Hefner.

‘My ex husband paid for one boob job, then with my allowance that I got, which was like $15,000 a month, I paid for my own fillers and stuff.

‘What I learned from my last marriage is that money won’t make you happy.

She has a boyfriend who’s happy to pay for her surgeries

‘Because I thought money was success I stopped growing as an individual and I didn’t know what I loved to do, or didn’t do what I loved to do any more.

‘So I completely lost myself and realised I had to walk away.’

But now she has another boyfriend, happy to fund her dream body.

‘My boyfriend pays for my surgery, just don’t tell their wife,’ says Sapphire.

‘My current male companion, how I met him, is on a site for sugar babies and sugar daddies.
