By day, Bella Madysin runs her own beauty spa.
It’s not hard to believe, with her glamorous, surgery-enhanced good looks.
But when the sun sets, Bella transforms into something unexpected. A professional wrestler. And her goal?
‘I would like to be the most plastic wrestler in the world,’ says Bella, who lives in Orlando, Florida.
She combines her skills inside and outside of the ring to create her wrestling image, regularly carrying out beauty procedures on herself.
‘Looking your best for your career is your brand, it’s your image, so you always want to make sure you look your best,’ she says.
‘If you don’t look a million dollars, they’re not going to pay you a million dollars.’
Some of the procedures Bella performs on herself are injections that smooth her skin and increase the fullness of her lips.

For more extreme changes, she calls in the pros.
‘Of course I can’t do a boob job,’ she adds.
Bella has already had five of those.
‘I wanted to go bigger each time,’ she says.
‘The first time I was very modest, I wanted a little D cup, and when I saw it, I was disappointed.’ She’s gone on to spend around $50,000 on cosmetic procedures. She’s thinking of having a nose job next, in her bid to become the ultimate plastic wrestler.
It was back in 2021 that Bella took the leap into the sport, having previously worked in the adult entertainment industry.
She’d done that work to support her family while her husband finished training as a barber, but felt judged.
‘When you’re in adult entertainment people don’t really look at you like a person,’ she says.
‘It’s very draining.
‘The difference between the mentality of the adult industry and wrestling is that in adult life, you have to be a little bit more submissive and a little bit more sexy, it’s more of a girly type thing.
‘With wrestling, you have to be more roughneck, badass, dominant, fight mode, take over the ring.’
A fact she wasn’t aware of initially.
When Bella decided to become a wrestler in the Lingerie Fighting Championships [LFC], she thought it would be more of a beauty contest.
Until she watched one of the fights.
‘That was hardcore,’ Bella says.
So she committed herself to learning mixed martial arts and perfected her pro-wrestling moves.
Now she’s known for her brutal fighting style.
‘The persona I have in the wrestling ring… I’m pretty much the bad guy,’ Bella says.
