1950 CADILLAC FLOWER CAR

Why flower car? Because it carried floral tributes for funerals in the US – admittedly a long time before being parked up.

1952 AUSTIN PRINCESS 2

Taken off the road in 1966, this Princess had only covered about 5000 miles before being tucked away in a barn.

1953 LANCHESTER 14

It’s said that just 75 Lanchester 14s remain. This one has donated a number of parts to keep another car on the road.

1982 FORD CORTINA CRUSADER

The Crusader special edition marked the end of Cortina production. This one has been off the road since the 1990s.

1974 TRIUMPH STAG

Parked in a garden in the 1990s, the dented hardtop is the result of a tree falling on it.

1978 FORD ESCORT 1300 SPORT

This Escort hasn’t been driven since 1988, but Charlie Powell and his son are looking forward to starting its restoration.

1991 MAZDA 323

Involved in an accident in 2006, Rob Sharp took his 323 off the road due to corrosion in 2012.

1978 CHRYSLER 180

Rob Sharp parked up this Chrysler in 2008 but it may be for sale because he’d love to see it restored.
