After admitting she’d ‘never say never’ to another baby, the singer could be set to welcome a new addition at 64
She’s been busy rehearsing for her epic Celebration Tour, which kicks off this summer. But last week, it seemed pop icon Madonna had another focus – her new beau, boxer Joshua Popper – after she was spotted cheering him on ringside during a boxing match.
Madonna, 64, is said to have met Joshua, 29, at his gym in Manhattan where he has been teaching one of her six children to box. She’s reported to have ditched her now-ex, 23-year-old model Andrew Darnell, to embark on a new romance with the hunky athlete.
Now sources say that Madonna is wasting no time in getting serious with her new love, and is planning to welcome her seventh child with Joshua.
SMOOTH PROCESS
An insider says, “She’s wanted another baby for some time now and feels ready to go ahead via a surrogate. She’s confident it’ll be a smooth process with Joshua, her daughter Lourdes and her other kids helping her co-parent a new arrival.”
Madonna – who recently had a noticeably puffy face at the Grammy Awards, later seeming to confirm surgery when she spoke about how her “swelling” had gone down – is mum to Lourdes, 26, with her ex Carlos Leon, and Rocco, 22, with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie. She is also mum to David Banda, 17, who she adopted with Guy at 13 months old, Mercy James, 17, who was adopted by Madonna at four, and 10-year-old twins Estere and Stelle, who were adopted from the same Malawian orphanage at the age of four in 2017.
