CHERYL & LIAM REVEAL SURPRISE NEW LOOKS

As the former couple emerge looking distinctly different, cosmetic practitioner Amar Suchde discusses their new looks

Fans were left ddisappointed when Cheryl pulled out of a recent performance of her West End show, 2: 22 A Ghost Story, after her theatre debut was blighted by a “stalker” who is said to have been leaving “disgusting” notes for the star backstage.

But last week, Cheryl, 39 – who is believed to have ramped up security – returned to her role and was photographed beaming as she bravely greeted theatre-goers after her performance.

However, while her shows continue to receive rave reviews, fans couldn’t help but notice Cheryl’s new look, which didn’t go down well with some. Among unkind comments about her “puffy” and “frozen” appearance, one wrote, “She was so gorgeous. Such a pity she’s tampering with nature”.

OBSESSED

It’s been 20 years since Cheryl found fame with Girls Aloud, wowing fans with her natural beauty and trademark dimples. Since giving birth to son Bear in 2017, she has looked healthier and happier than ever, revealing, “My whole body, even my face, everything’s changed since Bear was born. But I feel like I’m better than who I was. I don’t care what my body looks like in that respect. I’m not obsessed about it.”

But Amar Suchde of AMS Aesthetics tells Closer she may have been having help in keeping her fresh-faced looks.

He comments, “There’s probably been a series of treatments over time. Cheryl has always had good cheekbones and a strong jawline, but she’s probably had some filler in her cheeks to accentuate this.

“As we get older, we tend to lose some of our facial plumpness and elasticity. With the right tools and the right amount of filler, you can replenish that. In Cheryl’s case, it appears she’s tried to accentuate the fat pads in her cheeks. I think she’s also had some Botox in her forehead and possibly her nose. Sometimes, when the eyes appear smaller, it’s a sign of excess fillers. I don’t think Cheryl has gone overboard yet, but she should be careful.”

Meanwhile, Cheryl’s ex, Liam Payne, also looked drastically different when he enjoyed a night out in London last week – leading fans to speculate whether the former couple had undergone cosmetic work at the same time.
