REAL LIFE

When Nasrin Corfield Smith wanted a bootylicious bum, 10 doctors refused to do the cosmetic work she desperately wanted and now she understands why…

Nasrin Corfield Smith had her first cosmetic surgery when she was just 18 – a boob job that took her from B cup to a DD. Over the following years in her quest for the perfect look she had had two more boob jobs, two nose jobs, two brow-lifts and eye surgery, along with fillers and Botox.

Then in September last year, after her friend got bum implants, she decided to have surgery too – but it almost cost her life.

INSECURE

Student nurse Nasrin, 37, who lives in London, with her boyfriend Edward, 42, a business coach, explains, “I’d always wanted a huge derriere – Ihad quite a big one naturally anyway, but I wanted it to be noticeably larger, like Kim Kardashian’s.

“My friends were all into surgery too – having a nip and tuck became like having our hair done. Because it’s cheaper we often went abroad, but we always did our research carefully and all of us had good results.

Before and after the op

“Seven years ago I started training in how do Botox and fillers and I even opened my own beauty clinic. I’m really good at what I do and have an excellent reputation.”

In retrospect Nasrin realises that she broke her own rules in her quest to have a perfect bottom. She says, “After seeing my friend’s butt I was determined to have a similar look – Iwanted to look and feel fabulous as I neared 40. However, I’d had filler in my bottom already to make it more rounded so I knew it might be more complicated.”

At first 10 surgeons turned her down because of the existing filler injected into her bottom, but the 11th one accepted her and she booked in for September 2022. The surgery involved an incision in the crease of her bottom and an implant under the muscle in each cheek. Nasrin says, “My boyfriend was concerned as so many surgeons said it was too risky and he says I’m beautiful the way I am. But I was determ
