As a teen, Devon Collins dreamed about marrying her ideal man – singer Harry Styles. And when she walked down the aisle this summer to marry fiancé Mitchell, 31, she had one very special request for her new husband – to spend her wedding night with Harry… And to her surprise, he agreed!

Devon, 29, had been a self-confessed Harry Styles super fan since watching him on The X Factor when she was just 17, and was determined to see him in concert on his 2023 tour. But she was devastated to learn the only date with tickets available was 17 June – her wedding day.

So, after tying the knot in their hometown of Gosnal, Staffs, she and new husband Mitchell ditched their 60 guests and hopped on a train to take them to Wembley to spend the evening with Devon’s first love. Devon says, “I was absolutely gutted when I realised I’d be missing my one chance to see Harry. But spending my wedding night with him was the perfect end to my special day!”

OBSESSED

Devon’s obsession with Harry began in 2010 when she watched him and One Direction on The X Factor. She says, “I was gutted when they didn’t win. Mitchell just wanted to make Devon’s dream come true

Devon, a full-time mum, says, “I’m quite embarrassed that I stood around waiting to see them when I was nine months pregnant, but their music really helped me when I had a young baby and I was on my own. It helped pass the sleepless nights, and perked me up during the days, which could be lonely.”

GUTTED

When the band announced their split in 2015, Devon was gutted. She recalls, “My friends all saw them live, but I had a newborn – Ithought I’d missed my chance to see them again for good.”

But as Harry started a solo career, Devon was just as hooked on his music. She admits, “I absolutely adored him! We’re a similar age and I felt that we grew and matured at the same time. I appreciated how Harry wasn’t afraid to hide who he is and will put himself out there. His songs have helped me through some dark days, too.”

In late 2018, Devon met Mitchell, who works for a wholesale food company, on Tinder. She says, “Once we got together, I unleashed the full extent of my love for Harry on him, but he didn’t bat an eyelid, even when he came a
