After Sienna Miller unveiled her blossoming bump for the first time during an Ibizan getaway last week, insiders tell Closer that welcoming two babies would complete her family
She is already a proud mum to daughter Marlowe, 10. And after previously revealing that she would “love to have more children”, Sienna Miller is set to expand her family as she debuted her baby bump last week in Ibiza.
The decorated actress, 41, confirmed her second pregnancy during a sun-drenched day on the beach, slipping into a brown bikini that accentuated her blossoming bump.
This will be her first child with actor and model Oli Green who, at 26, is 15 years Sienna’s junior.
FROZEN EGGS
Sienna – who co-parents Marlowe with ex-fiancé Tom Sturridge – opened up last year about the “pressure” of having more children, going on to reveal that she froze her eggs when she reached the age of 40.
And now, a source tells Closer that the film star has pinned her hopes on welcoming not one but two babies to complete her family, especially as multiple health outlets show that, statistically, women over 35 have a higher chance of conceiving twins.
The insider says, “Sienna had always been unsure about having another baby and knows she’s running out of time, which is why she decided to freeze her eggs. But when she found out she was pregnant, she was over the moon, and said to friends that she had been hoping for twins as that would mean her family is complete. There’s a chance she can have another, but she feels if she had twins, that would be it.”
MOTHERHOOD
The couple have been linked since February 2022, when they were spotted leaving the Royal Albert Hall together following the BAFTA Awards. One month later, they went red-carpet official with their romance at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party.
The expectant star has a very close relationship with her daughter, who accompanied her stylish mum on the front row at New York Fashion Week earlier this year.
Detailing their bond, Sienna previously said, “When you are raising a child you see aspects of your character in that person reflected back, and it’s the most loving, intense relationship that I have. There’s nowhere to hide.”
She continued, “She knows me, I know her. She’s really stubborn, which is very like me. I see her as her own person but I also see genetic things.
She’s heaven, my kid.”
Elsewhere, the Anatomy Of A Scandal actress has not shied away from weighing in on the “hell” of early motherhood.
“I remember when I had Marlowe, yes. People would phone and say, ‘I’m sure you’re in your blissful little bubble’ and I was obsessed with my daughter, but I was also in absolute hell,” she recalled on This Morning.
She added, “It was intense, I had a traumatic birth, and I felt like I had failed at something by not bein
