NURITIONIST JULIETTE KELLOW SAYS: “Michelle’s diet seems healthy and balanced with foods from all of the four main food groups. It’s great she snacks on fruit and nuts – both are rich in nutrients and filling fibre. Michelle seems to prefer savoury over sweet food, so should watch her salt intake from foods like sauces, cheese and dishes that contain salt or salty foods. Too much salt is a risk factor for high blood pressure, so it’s important to keep intakes to below 6g a day.”
