Elisa Sanches had something very unusual on her wish list to Santa…
When she was a little girl, Elisa Sanches loved playing with Barbie dolls. She admired their glossy locks and slimline figures and, in her teens, the fascination stretched to real-life models, like Pamela Anderson, whose perky looks quickly became an obsession for her – and a goal.

Thanks to a successful career in the adult entertainment industry, Elisa went on to have several cosmetic procedures, including a boob job.
But in October this year, she went all-out – and treated herself to a new vagina. Elisha, 39, says, “I didn’t feel tight down there and it was getting me down. I didn’t like the way it looked and wanted to become a virgin again – so I treated myself to an early Christmas present and had surgery to redo my hymen. Now I feel like the Virgin Mary!” After years of fantasising about the perfect bodies of her dolls, Elisa, who is from Brazil, underwent her first cosmetic procedure when she was just 26. She says, “I had my silicone breast implants put in – it was the first of five surgeries – and it’s cost me over £4,800, but I adore my boobs, they are worth every penny.
“Before, my breasts were very small, but now they’re plump as I have 500ml of silicone in each one. I’ve also had my ears shaped, as I was very insecure about them, which cost me £1,600.
I wanted perfection and I tried to get the best surgeon to do the work so they would look right.”
Elisa, who is one of the most Googled women in Brazil thanks to work in the adult industry, started making video content in 2016 and has been an OnlyFans star since 2020.
She spends thousands on tweakments to help maintain her natural curves and perky bum. She says, “So far, in total, I’ve spent over £12,900 on my body – but you can’t put a price on good looks.”
She adds, “Most people applaud what I do while others question my motives. I don’t owe anyone anything though. I know it’s not for everyone, but as long as I’m happy, I don’t care about the opinions of others.”
