Make peace with Harry now

Insiders say Kate Middleton’s surgery has made her more determined than ever to put family first, and she’s urging Prince William to extend an olive branch to his brother Harry

The Royal Family were hit by yet another crisis last month when both Kate Middleton and King Charles were admitted to hospital for routine, but serious, medical operations

And while the senior royals are now back at home, mum-of-three Kate, 42, is expected to be in recovery from her abdominal surgery at the family’s Windsor home for at least three months until Easter, while she builds up her strength.

The Sussexes sent well-wishes

Now insiders tell Closer how Kate’s health battle has only strengthened her resolve that family comes first – and she’s more determined than ever to make peace with Prince Harry.

A source says, “Kate is slowly on the mend, but this experience has put a whole lot of things in perspective, including the ongoing feud with Harry.

The insider says Kate was “touched” that the couple, who now live in Montecito with their children – Archie, four, and two-year-old Lilibet – had reached out an olive branch. And now she wants William, 41, to do the same.

They say, “She was very touched that he reached out to her to send his well-wishes and Kate is more than ready to move on. Now she just wants William to do the same for all their sakes.

“She still has a soft spot for Harry and considers him her little brother.”

However, the source says there is one hatchet the Cambridges aren’t quite ready to bury – their ongoing rift with Meghan, with several royal experts revealing that they see her as the cause behind all of the heartbreak their family have experienced.

While Harry has opened up about the underlying tensions he suffered behind palace walls, including his accusations in his book, Spare,
