LOVED-UP BOBBY & ELLIE ‘HAVING LOTS OF FUN’
Bobby Brazier and Ellie Leach were pictured looking cosy on a late-night walk in London last week, after weeks of rumours that they might be an item. And now an insider tells Closer that the pair are going from strength-to-strength, but are keen to keep things low key.
A source says, “Bobby and Ellie became friends at the start of Strictly and have grown closer ever since. The tour properly brought them together – it’s more relaxed than the show and there’s time to hang out and have fun.
“The thing that really bonds them both is the fact they started off as such great mates. Nobody can make Ellie laugh like Bobby and he also totally dotes on Ellie and worships the ground she walks on.”
The pair first met as contestants on Strictly last year, but dating rumours didn’t start circulating until the live tour in January. They made their first public appearance together at the Hadestown press night in London last week and were spotted with their arms around each other.
The source says that Bobby, 20, and Ellie, 22, are keen to keep things under wraps for now, saying, “With the Strictly curse always hitting headlines, Bobby and Ellie just want to take things slowly, have fun and see how things develop.
“They are both private and have a close-knit circle of family and friends who keep them grounded. If and when they feel ready to be more open about their relationship, then they will, but for now they’re having lots of fun.”
Prior to going on Strictly, Bobby was in a relationship with influencer and model Liberty Love for a year and a half, but they split before his dancing debut. Ellie was also single when she joined the show after breaking up with her boyfriend of five years, Reagan Pettman, last year.
