THIRD UK VENUE FOR BOAT CLUB
Freedom Boat Club UK has opened its third centre in the UK, in the beautiful setting of Lake Windermere. And a fourth is planned in the spring in Torquay.
With two popular clubs already established at Southampton and Portsmouth, the new site at Lake Windermere is located at the self-contained and well-equipped Aquatic Quays Marina.
Freedom Boat Club was first founded in 1989 in Sarasota, Florida, USA. It is the oldest and largest boat club in the world. The vision and purpose in establishing the boat club model was simple and straightforward – to deliver a hassle-free recreational boating experience for its members -Boating Made Simple.
Freedom Boat Club launched in the UK in April 2019 in Portsmouth, and experienced an overwhelmingly positive reaction from the market. In May 2022, FBC opened its second location in the Solent at Hythe Marina Village, followed now by Windermere. freedomboatclub.co.uk
