They won a 2021 Points of Light Award from the Prime Minister for sustainability and innovation and are now available at Waitrose and John Lewis or direct from oceanplasticpots.com.

THE COLD WAYS

A new series of Cold Water Therapy retreats at Three Mile Beach in Gwithian Towans, Cornwall, celebrates the reinvigorating and restorative properties of the ocean through surf lessons, wild sea swimming and coasteering. The icing on the cake is a five-hour Wim Hof Method workshop led by Soul Sweats (a Wim Hof Method certified instructor) which combines breathwork, hot and cold therapy, restorative yoga, sound healing and meditation.
