Anight-time dive encounter with a magical 5cm transparent tunicate in Indonesia’s Lembeh Strait. This mysterious sea creature is so transparent that it’s almost invisible. Both filled by and covered in other types of marine life, the tunicate is like a miniature diverse ecosystem, floating through the night sea.

Danube mayflies, also known as the ephoron virgo, are spectacular insects that perform an intricate choreographed dance during their mating season. This endangered water insect returned to the river Danube in 2012, contributing to the improving water quality of the rivers of Middle Europe.
