I feel nervous, which isn’t like me! Straightaway, a nice man has come through. He hasn’t done so before and he’s excited it’s his turn! He’s running his hands through his locks, saying he still has a good head of hair. He wasn’t sad to go, saying that getting old wasn’t for him.

3 Do you often walk across a bridge? John is saying he goes across it with you every day and that he loves watching the children. He helps inspire them to be creative.
HANNAH SAYS HIT! Charlie is describing the school run, which takes us across a motorway bridge. I hadn’t mentioned that I had kids to her yet, so I was impressed. My two are Cora, six, and Nelly, two. They’re both creative, like Grandad was. Cora used to stare at the corner and giggle Grandad John and Nana Mary like she was seeing someone — Grandad perhaps?
4 Have you been to a bridge and then returned to it at a later date? This is a completely different bridge from the one we were just talking about. There’s something quite significant about this location.
HANNAH SAYS HIT! When Wayne and I got married in 2016, we had our photos taken on a little wooden bridge that went over a stream. We ended up returning in 2021 for a friend’s christening and got someone to take a picture of us all on the bridge in the very same spot. Wow, I can’t believe Charlie knew this!
