Hello, Steph

Course I’m all right! Now, why wouldn’t I be? You know me, I could always fit in anywhere with anyone — didn’t matter who they were. I’d soon make myself at home, and the next thing, we’d be chatting away like old friends.

You’re the one I’m worried about — you have to be strong and brave now. I know it’s hard without me, but there is no revolving door that lets me come back — that only happens in the movies.

So I’m relying on you to keep everything together, like I used to. Be strong for me — I shall be there, walking beside you every step of the way, just as I am now.

The difficulty is that when we pass to heaven, we become a higher vibration, it’s a much faster energy without the body and heavy emotions to hold us down. It’s hard to describe, but as an angel told me recently, it’s easier to understand when you talk about it in earthly terms.

For instance, when you’re watching BBC One, you can’t see ITV. But even though you don’t know what’s happening on ITV, that doesn’t mean it’s not there. You just can’t see it.

That is just how it is, Steph. I’m still here, so close to you, but existing at a different frequency. So, you need to adjust your energy field to feel or see me.

All you need to do is raise your vibration — this will change your rhythm, so we are both on the same frequency.

When you are crying and feeling so sad, like you do most days, feeling like you don’t know how you can go on, your vibration is too low to reach me.

Remember that saying: ‘Smile and the world smiles with you, cry and you cry alone’. Well, it’s so true. Even when you’re feeling low, if you can smile and feel joy, you will be able to reach me. Promise!

You keep wondering what life is like here. Well, here goes…

I feel like I want to joke with you and say: ‘Eh, it’s dead good here, love!’

Not sure that will make you laugh, but I’m trying.

It was such a shock when I passed. One minute I’m on earth trying to plan a holiday, and the next minute I wake up with a dazzling male angel with wings that shimmer and seem to be filled with little diamonds that shine and glisten. He was watching over me and I was so fascinated by his presence that, for a moment, I forgot to ask him anything. I really did — I just sat looking at him with my jaw wide open.

I am being looked after

He had the most piercing blue eyes, gave me the most amazing smile and spoke to me without moving his lips.

I felt so calm and relaxed. His name is Paul and he has been my saviour.
