Strictly: It Takes Two presenter Fleur East and her husband Marcel Badiane-Robin have welcomed their first child.

“And just like that, our baby girl, Nova, is here!!” Fleur, 36, wrote on Instagram. “Our daughter entered the world via squat position into the arms of my husband and I on our living room floor! One day I will share my birth story with you (what a RIDE!), but for now, we are resting and doing well… It feels like she’s always been here.”

Among the congratulatory messages were wellwishes from former Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse, also a new mum, who wrote: “Fleurrrrrrrr you rock star, congratulations,” while R&B singer Craig David added: “Congratulations. What a beautiful journey you’re embarking together.”

Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty’s ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro has said she has “forgiven” him for their split in 2022, after which he started dating Holly Ramsay, the daughter of chef Gordon.

Eirianedd, who has three-year-old son George with the gold medallist, who is recovering from depression and alcoholism, told MailOnline: “I’ve chosen to forgive and move forward – anything other than that does not serve the wellbeing of myself, my son and our family. We continue to love, care and pray for Adam and are wishing him a full recovery.”

Adam, 29, (above) last week qualified for the Paris Olympics following “three years of hell”, during which he says: “I didn’t want to see a pool again. The sport had broken me.”

Roman Kemp has opened up about his decision to leave Capital FM, saying he had struggled to be in the same studio in which he had learnt about the death of his producer friend Joe Lyons.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, , Roman, 31, said: “I went through such a horrible moment in that room, in that studio… I’ve been living that same day over and over again, without the awful event.”

He added: “I need this time for myself. I’ve been at [Global] for ten years, on that show for seven now. I’ve tried to spin the plates and tried to do everything and I’ve realised it’s getting in the way of my life.”

Joe, who worked on the breakfast show with Roman, took his own life in 2020, aged 31.
