Extending a semi-detached house is one of the most popular projects you can undertake, which perhaps isn’t that surprising once you consider that it’s the most common type of housing stock across the country*. Typically offering space to the side and rear of the property, as well as the option of converting the loft space, there are so many opportunities to turn what can often be a run-of-the-mill property into something specific to you and your needs.
