British designer Amy Kent has been creating rugs for almost 20 years and her joyful designs feature traditional techniques and influences from nature. Every rug is made to order, starting with a visit from Amy, then samples, mood boards, photos, various visuals of the design in the space and, finally, expert delivery and installation. CCC-TAPIS
CC-Tapis is much celebrated for its partnerships with top designers, including Bethan Gray, Patricia Urquiola, Faye Toogood, Sabine Marcelis and Cristina Celestino, resulting in a delightfully diverse collection. Made by Nepalese, Indian and Tibetan artisans, the rugs are sustainably handknotted and hand-woven from the finest natural fibres.
CHRISTOPHER FARR
Christopher Farr was founded in 1988 in London with the aim to combine global heritage weaving techniques with the visions of international contemporary artists, architects, creatives and designers, including Anni Albers, John Pawson, David Linley, Kit Kemp, GamFratesi and Margo Selby. Elevating rug making to a fine art, each piece is made to order, and as at home on the wall as it is on the floor.
DDEIRDRE DYSON
Fine artist Lady Deirdre Dyson has been creating contemporary carpets and rugs for more than 20 years and each year she produces a new themed collection. The eponymous London-based brand’s designs blend ancient skills and new technology for its modern heirloom pieces. Expertly hand-knotted in Nepal or guntufted in the UK, every rug is crafted from pure wool or silk and takes 14-16 weeks to weave.

Known for its enchanting fabrics and furnishings, London-based, 1970-founded Designers Guild offers a rug collection that’s beautifully wide ranging. Crafted from different tones, textures, yarns and weaving methods, each piece is imbued with its own mood and style, from elegant plains and delicate ombrés to intricate contemporary patterns.
FLOOR _STORY
Established in 2009 on the belief that rugs should be more colourful and bold, Floor_Story skilfully translates the visions of creative thinkers, designers and artists into woven form. Each of its pieces can be customised and edited, as well as designed from scratch, and all are traditionally crafted by expert weavers
