By using fabric with a bold graphic design for your curtains you can create a dramatic focal point in an otherwise plain room scheme. Choose a design that features mostly neutral or monochrome tones with one accent colour to give this look longevity. Try using a large-scale print for the curtains, then echo this with complementary cushions in a smaller scale graphic design, to help tie the scheme together.
