WE KEEP SEEING
Shades of peach and terracotta have stolen the limelight, warming us up to the idea of using them as neutrals. Neighbours on the colour wheel and sharing the same base colour, these tones create a harmonious pairing. Surprisingly easy to use, peach and terracotta can be teamed with colours such as blue or green, or when used together alongside pink, will really sing. Romo’s latest collection of fabrics, Toulin, with stripes, geometrics and botanicals, encapsulates the look, ready for effortless styling.

STYLE STATEMENT
Interior designer Laura Stephens has joined forces with rug studio Bombay Sprout to create a capsule collection of hand-woven jute rugs and runners that somehow manage to be both timelessly simple, yet pretty and whimsical. Once you know that the designs were inspired by 19th-century ribbons it’s easy to see the connection. As well as the winding botanical vines of Joni (shown), there are stripes and waves, dots and rosebuds in wonderfully vibrant blue, green and pink, as well as shades of berry and saffron.
