Mel Giedroyc and her rascally right-hand woman Lou Sanders return for a third series tonight, joined by comedian Rhod Gilbert (not to be trusted with campervans), actor Susan Wokoma (X-rated) and presenter Dermot O’Leary (who reveals a rendezvous from his early days in television). And while the celebs are happy to share their sinful secrets, Lou reckons she’s got better at keeping things hush-hush…

But perhaps the toughest challenge of all for Fay is to confront her childhood fear of horseriding…
