EMMERDALE | ITV1 THURSDAY

Spiralling Charity loses grip on reality this week, as she wakes from a night terror and attacks Mack – believing he’s vengeful Harry!

But to Mack’s relief she finally agrees to get some support this week, as he fears his wife is a shadow of her former self.

“Charity feels haunted by Harry, so she visits his grave,” says Emma. “She sees if she can get any forgiveness and answers. She has this outburst where she tells him to stop tormenting her.”

After unleashing her trauma on to the grave, Charity feels empowered – and for the first night in weeks, she manages to sleep. But her relief is brief, as nightmares plague her again. Sleep-deprived and disturbed, Charity’s grip on reality vanishes and Harry haunts her from beyond the grave…
