Hi Nikki! How does Maxine react when she finds out Dilly is Patrick’s secret daughter?
She’s shocked. Maxine knew when she was with Patrick that he had many, many secrets. But all these years later to find out that he has another daughter, that’s a huge secret to have been kept from not just Maxine, but Sienna too.
What is Dilly’s state of mind when Maxine and Sienna find her in the school?
Dilly is incredibly upset and confused; she’s also being threatening, but you can see it’s coming from a state of fear and panic. So as much as Maxine and Sienna are worried for their safety, they’re also worried about Dilly. They can see something is causing her to act out in the way that she is.
Is Maxine freaked out that Dilly believes she’s talking to Patrick?
Yes, she is, because even hearing the name Patrick is very triggering to Maxine. Also, Patrick has been dead for many years! So to see that Dilly thinks she can not only see him, but talk to him, is very worrying.
How do Maxine and Sienna make Dilly realise
