TYRONE HAS AN IMPOSSIBLE CHOICE TO MAKE…
Tyrone is stuck between a rock and a hard place this week, as Fiz returns home from her extended trip to Norfolk – and tells him there’s not enough room at No 9 for both Cassie and Evelyn! But which one is Tyrone brave enough to turf out on to the street: his unstable mum or his terrifying nan?
“Talk about a tricky situation – we don’t envy Tyrone having to choose between these two strong-willed women!” chuckles our Coronation Street spy. “He loves them both to bits and the last thing he wants is more aggro, although that’s probably unavoidable.”
But it’s not just Fiz who reckons it’s going to be a squash and squeeze having four adults and a couple of kids in a two-up, two-down. Cassie and Evelyn are already in agreement – a novelty in itself – that the house is going to be overcrowded, but are then outraged when each suggests that the other packs their bags! Tempers flare, and by the time Ty and Fiz arrive home, there’s a full-blown row going on in their living room.
Fiz tries to calmly defuse the situation by pointing out to her husband it’s simply not practical to have them all co-habiting. However, then comes the hard part, as Fiz tells Tyrone he’s going to have to man-up and decide who stays and who goes.
Faced with the prospect of having nowhere to live, Evelyn and Cassie know they’re going to have to go all-out in order to fight for their place at No 9. And it turns out that Tyrone’s in favour of a bit of healthy family competition…
“Evelyn and Cassie go head-to-head in a cooking competition to see who can wow Tyrone and Fiz with their homemade food,” grins our mole. “It’s actually rather hilarious, although of course, neither one wants to fail.”
Impressed by their culinary efforts, Tyrone makes his mind up and tells Fiz he doesn’t want either Evelyn or Cassie to leave – asking if they can carry on as they are. Fiz thinks it’s a crazy idea, but reluctantly agrees.
