Pollard’s on a mission this week to prove that Amit had something to do with Rishi’s death – but is he risking his own safety by digging up dirt on a man he believes to be a killer?
Pollard became suspicious of Amit’s shifty behaviour following his desperate attempts to rip him off in a recent business deal. Wily Pollard is now convinced that Amit has far more to hide than a dire need for cash, especially after he coldly warns him to stay out of his affairs from now on…
“Pollard’s been around the block enough times to know when someone’s a wrong’un,” points out our Dales spy. “He was on to Amit’s con right from the start, but strung him along just to see how much information he could extract from him. Now he’s convinced there’s much more to Amit’s plotting – and that it could have something to do with Rishi’s death!”
Pollard and Rishi were good mates, so once Eric gets a whiff of Amit being involved he’s determined to expose the truth. With Vinny’s help, Pollard gets his hands on the keys to Holdgate, and asks his young friend to keep Amit busy while he breaks in to search for incriminating evidence.
