THE DOCTOR’S PULSE IS RACING FOR BILLY…
Manpreet’s personal training sessions leave her feeling hot under the collar in more ways than one this week – as she finds herself attracted to her trainer, Billy!
It wasn’t that long ago that her long-time love Charles publicly popped the question, forcing Manpreet to accept before gently rejecting his wedding plans later. The fact that she doesn’t want to marry the vicar should set alarm bells ringing – and now, Manpreet has her eye on someone else…
“Billy’s young, he’s fit, and he’s a caring family man – no wonder Manpreet’s so keen to work up a sweat with him!” chuckles our village insider. “Charles’ proposal has left her feeling off-kilter; him popping the question just to please his mum – and the bishop – makes her worry they’re not on the same page. Manpreet starts the personal training sessions to help take her mind off things – and soon, she appears to have forgotten about Charles altogether!”
As Billy restarts the training business he used to run with his brother Ellis, he’s worried how he’ll manage to juggle it alongside everything else he and Dawn are dealing with at home. Thankfully, Kim and Will are on hand to help with childcare duties, and Billy’s thrilled when Manpreet signs up as one of his first clients.
