Karma has come back to bite Dean in a big way, as he rots inside a prison cell. The police might have him bang to rights about his evil neglect of daughter Jade, but Dean didn’t kill Keanu – he’s been framed! Yet will Jade, the only person who has ever believed him, lose faith in her dad?

Following her dad’s shock arrest, after police discovered the meat thermometer that killed Keanu in Dean’s flat, Jade’s thrown when she receives a letter from him. Dean begs his daughter to visit him in prison, though she’s unsure about what to do. Having been looked after by the protective Slaters since Dean’s arrest, Jade shows the family the letter and asks for their advice. They’re reluctant to let her be sucked back into Dean’s orbit and after talking to Jean, Stacey convinces Jade not to visit.
