Jay makes a big decision about his future this week – and promises pregnant Nadine he’ll be there for her and their baby!
Although Nadine’s baby bombshell came as a huge shock to Jay, now that he’s had a bit of time to get his head around it, he’s coming around to the idea of being a dad. And when Nadine reveals that she’s expecting a baby girl, Jay’s heart melts…
“Jay’s head has been all over the place, but he gets sucked into this baby dream,” reveals Jamie Borthwick, who plays him. “He has absolutely no reason not to believe it, so totally buys into it!”
As the week gets under way, Jay is still reeling from the revelation that Nadine’s having his baby. Although it’s a lot to get his head around, he offers an olive branch and invites Nadine round to his flat to talk.
However, it’s not long before the pair descend into a huge argument, which ends with Jay questioning whether the baby is his! It’s a fair assumption, given Nadine’s history of sleeping with men for money…
