But Siri is far more than just an afterthought on your device, it’s capable of loads of nifty tricks that can help you get the most from your iPad. How to find your lost iPad with Siri

Do you of ten misplace your iPad? If so, Siri can be your perfect companion to help you locate your tablet around the house.

If you can’t find your iPad, simply shout “Hey Siri, where are you?” and as long as you have “Hey Siri” enabled, the iPad will reply “I’m here”, leading you to its location. Turn on “Hey Siri” by heading to Set tings > Siri & Search > Listen for > “Siri” or “Hey Siri”.

How to become a Siri master

While most people know Siri makes for a brilliant weather assistant, sometimes we forget that you don’t need to open the Weather app to know if it’s raining outside. Simply ask “What’s the weather?” and Siri will let you know how to dress to go outside.

Is your iPad running iPadOS 17? If so you can ask Siri back-to-back requests making your conversation with the voice assistant far more natural. Simply ask another related question after Siri answers your first prompt. “What’s the weather in New York?” “How about Los Angeles?”
