Carpod storage
Demon Tweeks is now selling a range of indoor storage systems for vehicles, called the Carpod. It consists of two sections -a heavy-duty PVC base and a clear PVC upper, which zip together and are then filled with air using the supplied fans. “The base section is made from a robust, abrasion resistant 0.7mm PVC material and the top is made from high quality 0.35mm clear PVC, which is thicker than most other brands,” reckons DT. “This thicker material is used to add durability but also to increase the clarity so the view of the vehicle inside is improved.”
DT also says that it takes roughly 15 minutes to fully assemble the Carpod. The fans run constantly to keep it inflated, and to also prevent stagnant air forming inside. They also help to dry out a vehicle to prevent rust and corrosion forming.
The Carpod also has a provision to allow cables to pass through to the vehicle, which is ideal for battery chargers or conditioners. It’s supplied with a two-year warranty and is available in six different sizes.
