ON EDGE
We’re utterly in love with this sofa, designed by Jonas Wagell for L.Ercolani. Balanced on a slim-profile, angular base that seems to defy the laws of physics, with a smooth but subtle curve to the arms, it’s an elegant, sophisticated and eye-catching piece – and one we’re itching to have in our living rooms.
THROWING SHADE
We’re delighted that Pook y and GP & J Baker have launched a capsule lampshade collection. It draws on the lat ter’s fabric designs, pairing them with Pooky ’s creative take on homeware. Our favourite? Polka Dot, a small-scale pattern of painterly spots.
MIAMI NICE
There’s been a brilliant reaction to the brand-new Miami collection from British bespoke furniture brand Hyde House, officially debuted at Decorex in October, and we’re not surprised – it ’s peppy, playful and super fun. The bobbin-inspired, pastel-toned mirror is a perfect way to introduce a little whimsy into your scheme.
GAME-CHANGER
We didn’t know we needed a marble and ony x tic-tac-toe set until we saw this one, designed by Agata Knorowska for The Edition Ninet y Four and crafted in her Warsaw atelier. Carved from stone, of course, each piece is unique – winning a game on one of these would feel even sweeter than usual, we reckon.
NEW ICONS
Danish design brand Fredericia is no stranger to iconic furniture –in its time, it has introduced collaborations from leading designers including Hans J Wegner and Space Copenhagen. This year, it has reintroduced Børge Mogensen’s J39 chair in two new colour ways, dark blue and vintage red, to refresh this classic for a new generation – and we love the striking accent these designs bring to a space.
ALL A GLOW
If you haven’t yet seen Porta Roma na’s AW collection, we implore you to head over to the website. We were drawn to the minimalist-style Esme wall light, inspired by a decorative earring and shaped organically from cast composite. Available in any custom finish.
JUTE BEAUT
Brighten up your f loor with Evelina K roon’s four-piece collection for Layered. The Late Breakfast range takes the Scandinavian artist’s signature graphic lines and applies them to jute, a rug material so often neglected when it comes to pattern and colour.
FIGHTING TALK
Inspired by those who have fought against obstacles across millennia, Warrior – the first furniture and lighting collection by up-and-coming studio
