Master the weather app

Is today going to be a T–shirt kind of day? Your Apple Watch can tell you

WATCHOS 10 IS a brilliant upgrade for the Apple Watch, and one of our favorite updates is the massively overhauled Weather app; instead of a few little tweaks, Apple has completely redesigned it to deliver much more information in a much clearer way.

Whether you’re planning a trip into town, wondering when to walk the dog or want to know what the weather’s doing at home when you’re away on vacation, the Weather app is a wonderful thing —it can tell you not just whether it’ll rain, but what the UV levels and air quality are likely to be too.

If you’d rather not tap through screens, tap the top–right corner to bring up the list of available forecast data — conditions, temperature, precipitation, and so on. Scroll to the one you want to look at and tap on it to see the forecast.
