One pair 3.25mm (No. 10) and 4mm (No. 8) knitting needles; stitch-holders; 9 (9, 9, 10, 10, 10, 10, 11) buttons, 1.5cm in diameter. TENSION
22 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm measured over pattern using 4 mm needles. Lace edging measures 6.5cm at its widest (15 sts).
