Winter Walks
Venturing out on a cold, crisp morning last winter, I wanted to try my new camera out to capture the ambiance of the season. I couldn’t believe my luck when I saw this robin perched on a fence post. I was really pleased with the result. The silhouettes add to the feeling of a frosty morning and show how spectacular winter can look.

Santa Spotted!
We’d been buying some presents in the chilly city centre. Happy to have left all the hustle and bustle behind, sat on the lovely warm bus, we were in for a real festive treat. Santa got on and started handing out Christmas cards. It was such a wonderful thing to see. I took this photo, as my grown-up children have a saying, “Pics, or it didn’t happen.” Well, here’s my proof.
