● I pinch myself every day since I’ve joined Casualty to play Siobhan. She is hardworking, loyal and very blunt! She doesn’t take any nonsense and she is great at going in to solve problems.

Casualty is such an iconic programme and I’ve learned so much. We have a whole set of glossary medical terms with each set of scripts, and I’ve even been given training on stitching as you obviously want to get it right.

● I have signed up for a year to play Siobhan on Casualty and I would love to stay longer – if they want me! I feel very lucky and I am always grateful for every role I get to play. I’ve loved them all and when I look back, I feel so lucky to have met such massive heroes like Robert De Niro over the years, and play a meanie in a North East gangster movie Finney.
