Day Out
I love this photo I took when I was at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking, Surrey. The views were beautiful, the sunset spectacular, and I enjoyed the wine, too!

Big Fan
Here is a photo of my granddaughters’ beautiful Cockapoo, Mabel Buddy. As they have been supporters of Manchester City FC from a young age, and have had various tops and scarves, I thought it was only fitting that the other little girl in the family should have a kit as well. So, I crocheted a jumper, hat, and scarf. Doesn’t she look cute?

New Toy
This is my brother-in-law David’s latest investment and him looking really pleased with his new purchase – who can blame him? He’s definitely not going to be caught “up a creek without a paddle”!

Queen’s Island Retreat
My husband Stephen and I visited the Isle of Wight and Osborne House. Queen Victoria said, “It is impossible to imagine a prettier spot” – and I think she was right.

Never At Odds!
I thought you all might find this photo amusing, showing how I always hang pairs of socks together – never randomly. Is this taking neatness to an extreme?

Quirky Outfits
While away together, my friend James and I weren’t sure about the scuba gear we rented for a dive in Monaco! What do you think?

Star Struck
This is me with “The Dogfather” of dog training, Graeme Hall, from Channel 5’s Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly. I met Graeme at a recent appearance at a Book Festival. A very witty, entertaining, and dapper-dressed gentleman with cravat, jacket and brogues. He found it very amusing when I explained I didn’t even own a dog but thought he was brilant anyway, and he thanked me for coming along. It was a real treat!
