A bit of sun at this time of year is good for the soul. And for this toned bunch, a keen health and fitness habit is clearly good for the body too

JENNIFER ELLISON

Jennifer proved she’s feeling fab at 40 as she showed off her trim body while enjoying some winter sun in Turkey. The actress previously revealed she lost 3st after taking part in Celebrity SAS in 2022. “I was scared of the gym but then after SAS, I said if I could do that, I could do anything,” she explained. “I’m down to 10½st now and I’m in the gym five times a week doing a mix of cardio and weights. I feel great.”

AJ ODUDU

Big Brother host AJ always makes time to stay in shape, and it’s clear to see the results in this bikini pic taken in Colombia. The star recently had a gym installed at home, explaining, “I’ve got a squat rack, all my resistance bands, a bench, a rowing machine, a skipping rope – I’m really lucky, it’s such a luxury not even having to think about leaving the house.” AJ, 35, has also hired a trainer to keep her motivated. “Three times a week he’s at that door whether or not I’ve had a drink the night before,” she said.

JENNIFER LOPEZ

J.Lo appears to never age. But the 54-year-old singer – who was pictured on the beach in St Barts – works hard for her figure.

“It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life,” she said. “I think there’s a positive correlation between exercise and mental health.”

J.Lo’s personal trainer Dodd Romero previously revealed she trains for about an hour on four or five days a week, choosing a different body part to focus on each time. Impressive!

DIANNE BUSWELL

Fresh from the Strictly dancefloor, Dianne looked fabulous on a well-deserved getaway to her native Australia. The 34-year-old credits dancing for keeping her fit, but is also a fan of Pilates and yoga.

“For me, it’s the equivalent of taking myself to a spa,” she said. “I’ll put nice music on and feel so soothed. I have a Peloton treadmill at home, too, and I enjoy running on that, as the instructors are so fun. Exercise gives me a euphoric feeling.”
