It’s back on our screens with an All Stars spin-off. And while we’ve already seen bombshells, break-ups and same-sex couples, this series of Love Islandcould make history with the show’s first throuple.

Kaz Kamwi is one of the famous Islanders in the South African villa and she has revealed that she would be willing to enter a three-way relationship – but only if Ovie Soko, the sought-after basketball player from series five, was a part of it.

“If it involves Ovie, I might consider [a throuple]. It’s 2024!” laughs Kaz, 29, who rose to fame on Love Island ’s seventh series.

“I’m quite jealous so it’s not really my thing, but I’ll try! I’d probably tap out anyway and be like, ‘I surrender! I had my opportunity.’ I just want one kiss!”

“I really hope I’m not in any more love triangles,” she says. “For him, I’ll be in a love square or an octagon. I’ll take whatever shape!”

The dream may become a reality for Kaz on this series, with her co-stars Georgia Steel and Demi Jones, both 25, ready to battle for Ovie if he makes a surprise entrance.

“I’m going to put on a full face of make-up just to go to bed.

“I don’t know when I’ll get a chance to go to the toilet, I’ll be holding it in for six weeks. Ovie is definitely my number one.”

Since her original Love Island stint in 2020, Demi has battled thyroid cancer and been given the all-clear. But she admits her confidence has taken a knock in the process.

“I’ve been through so much over the last four years and I’m going to go for it,” she says. “I’ve just been the strongest person I could possibly be and I’ve grown into myself – I view things so differently now.

“But I’m nervous that no one is going to fancy me. I did so well last time, so I think, ‘Oh my God, what if it doesn’t go well this time? What if someone isn’t attracted to me and I’m not coupled up?’

“When you’re not coupled up in the show, it’s very lonely. Even though you’re surrounded
