With an on-screen proposal under her belt and a glamorous look, Love Island: All Stars’ Hannah Elizabeth certainly makes her presence known

Hannah Elizabeth had us all talking from the moment she strutted into the Love Island: All Stars villa. But it wasn’t the 33-year-old’s blindingly bright neon bikini that had fans doing a double-take, it was the Liverpudlian’s dramatic physical transformation.
It’s undeniable that Hannah looks different from the fresh-faced star who made a splash on the first series in 2015.
As one viewer wrote on social media during the launch episode, “Hannah looks so different since her season.” Another said, “Is it just me or when Hannah is on the screen it’s impossible to look anywhere else?”
But the sociable star, who underwent her first boob job at 18, is evidently very proud of going under the knife to achieve her look – and fans love how transparent she’s been about her cosmetic procedures.
When Hannah entered the villa aged 25, she admitted to breast enhancement surgery and fillers. But there’s been plenty more since. During a trip to Turkey in November 2022, the mum-of-one shared images of her bandaged face as she lay in hospital.
Alongside a selfie where she pouts to the camera, Hannah wrote, ”Day one I feel like a Bratz [doll]. I’m obsessed.”
Hannah has also shown off the results of the boob job she got after the birth of her son Reggie in 2019.
Sharing a snap on Instagram Stories of her chest in a supportive bra, she wrote, “Go big or go home babes,” adding, “New breast implants after having the baby has really helped me fill out the loose pocket and also helped with my rippling. I couldn’t be happier.”
Plastic and cosmetic surgeon Dr Paul Banwell (paulebanwell. com) told us, “Her journey has certainly been dramatic.
“Hannah has been very open about her recent surgeries/procedures on her breasts and face. Her breasts have increased dramatically in size and she appears to be delighted with this change.”
Dr Banwell added, “Apart from her breasts, Hannah has also admitted to having multiple facial procedures, including a rhinoplasty surgery, eyelid surgery and a fox-eye lift. Her nose is now smaller with an upturned ‘pixie’ tip.
