STAYING WHERE WE’RE SETTLED

We were debating whether to move to London or Spain, but we’ve decided we’re going to stay in Cheshire.

DJ is so settled at school and doesn’t want to move, which is a big thing because I want her to have stability. Kids need that. And Max is going to college in September, which is exciting. I do have to go back and forth to London for work, but I don’t mind the travel to maintain that stability.

MANIFESTING GOALS

I’ve been going live on Instagram each morning recently and doing my affirmations, meditation and M-FIT workouts via live stream – I just love it. I really want to get more into it and bring out my own gratitude book. I’d like to create a subscription platform where other people who are enthusiasts can get my book and do sessions with me.

I think I’m a great example of how to turn your life around and I would love to help others. I do still get negative comments from people, who say I’m slurring my words or I’ve been out all night when, in reality, I go to bed at 8pm every night and I get up early to train and do yoga. I eat a healthy diet, I rarely drink and I don’t smoke. What more do they want?

HOOKED ON PEAKY BLINDERS

You’re all going to say I’m so behind the times, but Ryan and I have just started watching Peaky Blinders and we are obsessed. It is so amazing.

We’re on series three already. Cillian Murphy? Yes, please!

We like to watch things together so it’s been good to do that. I didn’t think I’d like it because I don’t usually want to watch anything that’s gang or crime-related, but it’s a big hit with us.
