FULL OF PRIDE
By the time you read this, I will have been to Wales over the weekend to perform at NPT Pride. I’m looking forward to it, and to seeing everyone. They asked me what I wanted on my rider and I said if they have some cold coffee, water and a pillow, I’ll take those! It’s a four-hour drive and I’m going to be tired, so that’s all I’ll want! Then I’ve got to come back and get a move on with packing the house up for the move – it’s hectic at the moment.
STRICTLY SCANDAL
I’ve read about the ongoing drama with Giovanni Pernice and I’m not sure what to make of it. If there is truth to the allegations, then I don’t think it’s right. I understand taking your job seriously, but you can’t be too strict. People want to do better when you’re kind to them and treat them with respect. I had the most amazing partner in Daniel Whiston when I was on Dancing On Ice and it made me want to work harder. I’d love to do Strictly – no one would dare shout at me, though!
SAD SEPARATION
I’m sending my love to Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes after their split – I was really shocked by the news. I know Eamonn better than I do Ruth and he’s so lovely. There are reports it was due to his health problems taking a toll, but I’d like to think that’s not the reason because marriage is in sickness and in health. They were together for so long, it seems a shame to walk away n
